Governors stress the importance of infrastructure repairs (VIDEO)

On February 3, 2010, a press conference held by California Gov. Arnold Schwarzenegger and Pennsylvania Gov. Edward G. Rendell with San Jose Mayor Chuck Reed on Building America’s Future, a national campaign aimed at highlighting the importance of infrastructure investment and related jobs creation. The Plant was selected as the press conference site because it is emblematic of the nation’s wastewater infrastructure needs.
