Rebuilding the Plant is our chance to forge a future of economic, environmental, and social benefits.

Help shape a plan that will affect us and future generation. As we forge our future, there are two key questions to answer:

What new wastewater treatment processes enhance sustainability?

How can we best use the Plant's unique shoreline site for regional benefit?

Your input is sought to define the land use vision and to help determine funding priorities.

Participate in the Plant Master Plan process:

HELP THE PLANT
The Plant does an amazing job removing pollutants from the wastewater to protect our health and the fragile Bay environment. But, the Plant can't remove everything in the water. Some items are difficult to remove or neutralize, such as harsh cleaning chemicals, pesticides, paint, and solvents.

Preventing pollution begins with you:

Avoid antibacterial soaps with triclosan

Dispose of pharmaceuticals at your local pharmacy or Household Hazardous Waste facility for free

Exchange your mercury thermometer for a free digital one
