Plant Master Plan - Environmental Impact Report (EIR) Scoping Comment Form

Pursuant to the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA), the City of San José is developing an Environmental Impact Report (EIR) for the San Jose/Santa Clara Water Pollution Control Plant Master Plan. Written comments from interested parties regarding the scope of the EIR are invited to ensure that the full range of environmental issues related to the proposed action are identified and evaluated. Information, written comments or questions related to the preparation of the EIR should be received in writing on or before 5p.m., Friday, June 24, 2011.
